Below you will find FAQ about our return and refund policy.
- Custom Orders are not returnable or exchangeable.
- You have 14 calendar days to return standard items from the date you receive it.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. In the case of Christmas or Hanukkah gifts, contact us regarding returns or exchanges by January 10.
- Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Shipping & handling will be deducted from the final amount due to you. If returning for a refund, the “free shipping” will be deducted from the refund in the amount of $12.95
- Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your return item via email.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original method of payment.
- You will receive the credit within 2-4 business days.
- Upon request, we can email you a return USPS label for returns and $10.95 will be deducted from your return/exchange.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item.
- Shipping costs are non refundable.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges of custom order items.
